southern tier imperial mokah

(1024x768)
"oh my god" was my first exclamation after the first taste of this extraordinary chocolate mocha imperial stout from one of the most respected craft brewers........
it's young's double chocolate with balls.
this 22 ounce bottle. is going to be a delight, and i had the foresight to purchase a second.

the delicate subtle smell of a chocolate brownie is a real fooler.
a bitter cocoa bean has turned this hefty stout into a timeless classic.
frankly, i am stunned.
it is very bready, and very malty.
it has chocolaty nose and an incredible coffee finish.
if a really fine stout is your passion, seek out a friend or 2 and share a bottle.
ingredients listed are 2-row barley, caramel malt, chocolate malt, black malt, barleylakes, jamaiican roasted coffee, bittersweet belgian chocolate, columbus and chinook kettle hops.

this is a dessert beer, and would be awesome with a bowl of real ice cream.
this is not a bar beer. seek it out.
