local democratic party officials are irate over what they claim is a dirty campaign trick spearheaded by local 'teabag nazi activists', through clandestine funds 'laundered from the local republican party'.
"it's hard enough for us, already.
with dr. martin gone, and a local economy gone south with him,we cant use city school busses to transport students to vote anymore, or bus folks from the homeless shelters and vollies to vote."
"the local naziis have been sticking thousand of huge colorful adhesive democrat donkies on all of our candidates' signs, including some who are claiming to be 'conservative'.
poor pat dropsey.
they have even dumped several donkies on local political rockstar pinup hero, state representative jay goyal's signs.
if we had wanted it known that we were democrats, we would have put it on our campaign signs.
this is the most lowdown political thing to have happened in my 50 years in mansfield.
we could have painted hitler mustaches on dictator bush campaign signs in 2004, but, no, we were fair and quietly respectful to the office.
...now they accuse us all of being democrats while we all ducking tirades, glass beer and wine bottles and rotten eggs. this is just too much.
we're just trying to earn fat jobs and cushy benefits like they are. it just isnt fair."
the democratic spokesman refused to identify himself or his title.
local republicans deny knowlege of or participation in the incidents.
one local republican official, off the record, said that "they've got to be kidding. we local republicans couldnt organize an escape if our headquarters was on fire."
