sellin' that stuff

we are up to our eyeballs in ad sludge.
visitors to this side will be exposed to 75,000 ads.
gannett, in this respect, is a little above average in ad count but nothing special.

politicians are walking billboards.
poke them once and a well-chosen, and a topical  buzzword or topic. one liner pops out.

think of how many ads are floating our ether.
we ourselves become ads  for the latest trends.

don't they seem corny, ignorant, and stupid.
won't our ads look dumb and archaic a few years from now?
