a dear friend has gone missing.
she fell off the wagon again.
...beyond repair this time they say.
........a life just days ago bursting of hope and renewal.
........a kindred spirit, if i've ever had one.
there are no easy answers and no real hopes anymore.
sometimes a day is just another day.
we are all living on some sort of ledge.........
