vectors

i found last last night's sunset rather interesting. it pretty much looked the way it photographed.

the sectors and vectors were fascinating, indeed.

longtime (at least 30 years) expatriate, free jazz alto saxophonist, noah howard, passed unexpectedly from a brain aneurism, at the untimely age of 67.

he was without peer among contemporary freee jazz alto saxophonists, easily approaching coltrane's intnesity(john coltrane was only rarely an alto player), with taste to match. i found his effortless style, power, and technique.

tragically, for whatever reason, free jazz is virtually ignored in this country, and coupled with raciism and drug laws, many of our most creative artists have been forced to relocate.
