why the owners of the very successful pho bc restaurant in lexington, kentucky, would choose to open their second restaurant in mansfield puzzles me, but i'm glad they did.
i guess that the charming little building on busy lexington avenue did the trick.
"my wife, she decided that," the co-owner told me.
i lunched there today. the cuisine is delicious.
the owners are very personable, but camera shy. the word is spreading.
i enjoyed a generous delightful plate of mi xao thap cam and drank some delightful nuoc dua tuoi(young coconut juice) for about 12 dollars.
dining at pho bc is my newest weekly habit.

the menu is large and the food authentic and freshly prepared.
